Transforming Adani Schools as Inclusive Schools

 The session on “Transforming Adani Schools as Inclusion Schools”, led by Mr. Ben Gudgeon, was one of deep reflection and inspiration. With warmth, wisdom, and humility, Mr. Ben invited the principals to look beyond policies and procedures and to see inclusion as the very soul of education. 

Mr. Gudgeon spoke about creating schools where every child feels seen, valued, and celebrated for who they are. His stories of compassion in leadership and courage in reimagining systems deeply resonated with all present. Now serving as Senior Director of IFIP (International Forum for Inclusion Practitioners), he shared transformative global practices and guided leaders to envision Adani Schools as places where inclusion is lived every day, in classrooms, corridors, and conversations. 

The session touched hearts and minds alike, reminding everyone that true inclusion begins when we see each learner not as a category, but as a unique story of promise and possibility.
